Product Description
The PAR4-blocking polyclonal chicken antibody is directed against a peptide that spans the thrombin cleavage site, which has the sequence GGDDSTPSILPAPRGYPGQVC.
Intended Use
Anti-human platelet PAR4 chicken antibodies are intended to be used for studies of thrombin activation of thrombin receptors, especially of PAR4 on human platelets. Suggested final concentration to block thrombin activation of PAR4 is 10 µg/mL.
